I have noticed that ScriptLance is a scam website, the project postings are nothing more than spam originating from the people running the site. I read stories on the net that the kid that runs the site, a twenty three year old, sits at home watching t.v. all day and doesn't really know anything about programming or runing a site. I can not see their service being trusted for more than a couple dollars, and when they do have projects that are posted for a couple of dollars, more often than not they suspend the programmers account, and take the money. Check out the net there is a ton of people saying this all the time, I think they must be doing the same thing to webmasters, and redirecting the person to a programmers site to avoid any sort of trouble.

I cannot answer on behalf of Google, but you should have been spidered by now. Are you using sitemaps?

AutoMapIt.com can spider your site, create sitemaps in 6 different formats (including Google's XML sitemap) and deliver them to your site regularly. AutoMapIt will even ping Google, Yahoo, and other search engines including Searchwarp, RORSeek, and Burf.com to name some of them. Using sitemaps will certainly help to speed up the process and usually works within a matter of days, not weeks.

The best thing that you can do to get any of your pages noticed is to get some incoming links. Exchanging links, writing articles, posting comments on peoples blogs are all good ways to obtain incoming links... just be careful that you aren't being spammy and folks might keep your link on their pages.

Terry, I may be able to get this running for you for about $40 with good info to get into your account. I just sent you an email through your site so that we don't need to discuss sensitive info on this blog :) Thank you for your interest in this service, I have fixed a few sites like this since this article first posted so I'm sure I can help you also.

I'm having the same trouble with Audioblog and WP 2.0. I've added the few lines of code suggested by Eric Rice, but it's still giving me problems. What would you charge to fix the problem? Thanks!

[...] I have not yet fixed it myself, however here is an explanation how to solve the issue. I am aware that this solution works as PCMike paid the programmer to create the fix on his blog. [...]
